I am trying to update the user details in the Active directory through a custom action which contains a powershell script. The action return
"message": "Error: Insufficient access rights to perform the operation (Process Automation.ac04c4f787530650da200d4acebb35b1; line 30)"
This Issue is only happening in the production instance and not in sub production instances.
I am using different server machine for prod and sub prod but same service account to connect to AD. I have checked the permissions are correct to update the data.
I need help to understand the possible causes for this.
