Service Fields change request

Hi All , 

I have a requirement where on the service field on CR I want to prevent users from adding retired services to new change request.

 can someone tell me how to do it ??

Hi @tushar_ghadage 

Here is a use case for CI, and you can use it in Services.

In the dictionary override, you need to update the reference qualifier for the Service in the change table.
