Service operation workspace search is not working

Hi expert,

In my PDI, if I am on SOW , there is SOW search is activate and also I am able to see a button on the right side by which I can select the search(Global or SOW). like below screenshot:-

But in my company dev instance it is showing global search only(Service operation workspace search is not working only global search is working.) any button and SOW search is not available, what is the issue and how can i resolve ??
