Service operations workspace showing :403: You don't have access to view this page for non itil user

Hello,

Some users who do not have ITIL role are not able to access the Service operation workspace and shows the 403: You don't have access to view this page . 

Can someone help me in locating where exactly are we defining the role for SOW access.

 

I  did some changes in this applicability SOW Common Audience and changed the role from admin to sn_sow.sow_user, and canvas_user , but no luck .

 

Any leads on this is highly appreciated.

Now give the correct roles to this.

 

If all the above is done clear your cache/ login and logout you should be able to see it.
