I wish to navigate to recored ticket by using ticket number

Say you want to navigate to an incident number INC0031761 then the URL will be :
https://instance.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=incident.do?number=INC0031761

Did you try the exact link? instance in the URL is the name of your service now instance, and you need to use a valid incident number.
The exact same link, won't work.
