HI Experts,
I created a custom table extended from task table and added entry in search source under service portal module to get the tickets raised in custom module and is working fine. However there is one issue,
in above anpshot, i searched for this SRN number and click on below number in the list, which is highlighted in green, by clicking on that it does not open the related record but if i search the number and hit enter key it gets open. Could you experts please help me out hot to get this fixed.

By Clicking on the record, the record will get selected and stored into the input box despite it will search, You need to click on magnifying glass button or else enter key to search.

It is working with enter key but i want to get this worked by clicking on the highlighted one as it is working for incident.

Hi @Shivani29 ,
Check your search source's, search page template, data source and typeahead configuration and script to see if correct sys id and page is being used or not.
