So can you reproduce this on you Dev or Test environment with that user?
What is different for that User? Working on a different browser? Through a Virtual environment?

Have you tested impersonated as that user, with client side script / UI policies disabled, did this make a difference. And if yes, which specific client script / UI policies is the cause?

Have you tested impersonated as that user, with variables disabled, did this make a difference. And if yes, which specific Variables is causing this slowness? Anything special on this variable, for example a default value scripted? Reference variable, with massive contents? Etc..

If my answer helped you in any way, please then mark it as helpful.

Hi there,

So what is different on this Catalog Item comparing it with others? A lot of variables? Client Side scripting?

Can you share anything?

If my answer helped you in any way, please then mark it as helpful.

there are only 10 variables , 1 client scripts, 6 catalog-uipolicys on that item.

So can you share any details? Because something of this is causing it.

What steps did you already take. Did you look if one of the Client Scripts / UI Policies is causing this? One particular Variable?

If my answer helped you in any way, please then mark it as helpful.
