Service Portal: UI Action Visibility issue.

Hi Friends,

I am facing issue w.r.t. UI Action button visibility on Service Portal , however same is visible in nav.do. Please refer the screenshot below.

Service Portal: Cancel button not visible.

Try to change the id from ticket to form in the URL.

Note: Scroll bottom to the page to find the UI Actions. In classic view we can see them on the top as well as bottom but in portal we can see only bottom of the page.

Thanks for your reply. I tried your solution, but no luck.



What I have noticed, when I Checked Client check box of UI Action, than I am not able to view the button, however when the Client is unchecked , I am able to see the button on Service Portal.

Where you able to resolve this issue? I am having exactly same issue , when I check 'Client' to true.
