Servicenow & Test Case Management - is it possible?

Hi, does anybody know if ServiceNow can be used for test case managment?   Currently we are using JIRA to manage projects but I have been informed we may be replacing it with ServiceNow.   I would like to import test cases into servicenow and ask users to execute their tests from their, like the JIRA functionality

I don't think test case management is something that Service Now out of box, but I have heard that they want to move this way with the product at some point in order to compete with likes of Jira. That said, Service Now does have Scrum agile development application, and I have no doubt that this can be developed to include test plans and case management functionality as it's something I have also looked at very recently.

In Servicenow, test cases are called as Testing Tasks. You need to activate SDLC module to see this.

See below screen on Demo021 instance.

I stand corrected!

Thanks for this.   I have just been given access to a demo version of service now and can see the screen for testing tasks.   This appears to give the ability for test managers to capture the tasks associated with a test project but does not allow test cases (e.g test step number, test step details, expected results etc) to be created.   Any ideas?
