Servicenow & Test Case Management - is it possible?

Hi, does anybody know if ServiceNow can be used for test case managment?   Currently we are using JIRA to manage projects but I have been informed we may be replacing it with ServiceNow.   I would like to import test cases into servicenow and ask users to execute their tests from their, like the JIRA functionality

Administrators can activate the Test Management application starting with the Fuji release.
