I need an urgent help on the Service Now and Remedy integration part, dealing with attachments.
We have successfully established two way communication between SN (Service Now) and Remedy with all the required fields flowing properly but when it comes to attachments we have a road block!
The attachments that are being sent from SN are reaching Remedy properly in the base 64 encoded format, but they are not able to convert the encoded data to an Attachment.
The attachment is getting added to the incident record but Its not any human readable format. And this is happening when Remedy sends attachments to SN ,they are not able to send the data in base64 encoded format and hence the attachment is again a JUNK.
In Remedy, they dont have proper functions defined for encoding their data to base64 when attached and decoding data when received, but then its failing to create a human readable format data in both the systems, when sent from the other application.
Please help!

Hi,
OpsHub Integration Manager (OIM) supports the synchronization of attachments along with comments and relationships in the bidirectional integration between ServiceNow and Remedy. The request entity from BMC Remedy can be integrated with all System and Custom Tables in ServiceNow as well.
