I need to integrate with SailPoint for access requests.

the above store application I have installed.
this is for ServiceNow and SailPoint Identity Security Cloud Integration
Now i wanted to know how we can set it up how to test and what all things to be asked to the SailPoint team?

For every integration we need to ask the below questions.
1. What is the endpoint we need to hit from Servicenow.
2. What is the Authentication type like Basic , Oauth or Mutual.
3. What are the request headers.
4.What is the request body format.
5.What are the response body formats.

Questions to Ask the SailPoint Team
What authentication mechanisms and credentials are required for API integration (ServiceNow → SailPoint and vice versa)?
Which version of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and connectors are approved/supported for your environment?
Is there a preferred set of REST endpoints (or connector modules) for provisioning, status sync, and error handling?
What are the mandatory attribute mappings or business process names for request routing?
Can the approval workflow logic be fully managed in ServiceNow, or should it be delegated to SailPoint?
Are there any firewall, network, or MID Server configuration requirements for connectivity?
What logging and monitoring features does SailPoint offer for troubleshooting and alerting integration failures?
Recommended practices for bulk access provisioning and revocation—are there any limits or caveats?
