Hi  @SambitRath

Please assign that user Business_stakholder role this role will give privilege to approve records in SN.

Use the Business Stakeholder role to provide authorised users to approve, view/read records across the organisation and view reports. Note there is a fee associated with this role. Do not assign it to users without confirming your organisation has the appropriate entitlement. Please review the documentation for additional details.

Hello @SambitRath ,

  • approver_user → required to approve requests
  • approval_admin → only for configuring/managing approvals
  • Other roles listed are unrelated to normal approvals

If she already has approver_user and still cannot approve, the issue is most likely missing approval assignment/group membership or ACL restriction, not the role.

Hi @SambitRath

Ensure user has  read access to the underlying record (like  Change Request) table..

 Check ACL for that.
