Hello everyone,

I'm planning to work as a ServiceNow developer after 3 years; that I couldn't work due to personal reasons. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I have ServiceNow certified implementation specialist and ServiceNow certified administrator certificates, do you think is it a good idea to renew these certificates before applying for jobs?

Hi @sonita,

Yes, renewing your certifications before attending the interview can improve your chances of getting shortlisted, It demonstrates your commitment to staying current in ServiceNow, which is important when applying for a job.

Also, consider exploring micro certifications, which are often free and can be a quick way to acquire skills and knowledge that might be relevant to the role you're applying.

Hi @sonita ,

If your certifications has expired (you haven't kept them up-to-date by deltas, then yes it would be a good idea to have them renewed. Certifications and aggradations is always good to have on your resume when applying for a job.
