Hello,
I am trying to integrate ServiceNow with Cisco Call Manager.
Looks like CISCO Call Manager supports AXL API:

Now I am trying to build the integration. I need some guidance to get the starting point. Is this should be a scripted SOAP integration we need to implement or something else?

HI Arindam, I am struggling with the same issue. Could you please explain how did you manage to integrate CUCM with ServiceNow? What documentation did you use? What are the steps which should be done?

I need to know about this integration of Cisco and ServiceNow.
There is no proper document in ServiceNow but yes the link which you shared I have gone through still I want you to give more highlights over this integration as other users can be benefitted with your knowledge.
