Make declarative action visible on condition

Hi all,

In the Service Operations Workspace, the Incident form includes a related list called Impacted Services/CIs, which contains ADD and REMOVE buttons.

We have a requirement to hide these buttons for specific incidents. Specifically, when the Category is '13' and the Subcategory is '21', neither button should be visible.

Could you please advise on the best way to accomplish this?

Please add this in the script condition, like below : parent.category!=12 && parent.subcategory!=21
