ServiceNow Developer instance does not insist on configuring multi-factor authentication

Hi there!

I just requested an instance on https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do and got assigned a developer instance (latest Yokohoma version with patch 4).

I hear from others who recently requested an instance that developer portal issues an instruction regarding setting up MFA in 30 days from which the instance is assigned. I however have not received any such instruction on the page. I don't see an option to set up Multi-factor Authentication in the profile page as well.

What may be the reason for this discrepancy? Has anyone encountered it? I understand it is not essential for getting a hands-on on the developer instance, but I am just curious to know if this is a defect that needs fixing.

Thank you

Hi @anurampalli

The same thing happened to me. I got a new PDI two weeks ago, and there was no MFA requirement. Maybe the mandate has been removed.
