Servicenow integration with amazon connect

Hi i have finished the setup process of servicenow integration with amazon connect chose the istm application for this, can someone tell me what should i do next to start testing or see how this actually works.

Your integration has triggers, I assume? 

Trigger them. And check to see what happens. And if nothing happens: check the logs to see why not.
