ServiceNow Integration with EMC DPA.

Im trying to find some information on how this is done. We are currently using Data Protection Advisor with HPSM and are going to convert to SN.
is the a proc, script or any information on how this is done?

Hi David,
Here is the list of OOB integrations available for ServiceNow (List of Available Integrations - ServiceNow Wiki). I don't see EMC DPA so I think you have to develop a custom integration.
Can you describe how you use EMC DPA right now? How/What do you intend to integrate/replace with ServiceNow?

they use DPA to generate trouble tickets for failed backup and data protection activities. I am getting the architecture docs to see exactly what they are doing so I can scope what needs to be done with SN.

Ok.. then SN can be used for Incident management for backup and data protection services. You will have to develop custom data feeds for add/update/delete of CI from DPA. DPA has a REST API, so you can use the api into CMDB.
