Hi Rajan,
Yes, it is possible to integrate a ServiceNow instance with Oracle database. You can use web-services as ServiceNow support both SOAP and REST web services.
ServiceNow customers have the following options for integrating with third-party applications:
- Activate a ServiceNow provided integration.
- Install a certified integration from the ServiceNow Store.
- Install an integration from Share.
- Contact your sales representative for available custom-built integrations.
- Build your own custom integration using the platform's integration interfaces.
Note: Certified integrations have passed a set of interoperability, security, and performance test criteria defined by ServiceNow.
If you refer to the following link, it would give you scenarios,
Integration | Type | Integration Point |
Oracle Financials (ERP) | Web Services (CSV flat files) | Incident |
Oracle PeopleSoft | SSO, Email, MID Server | SSO, JDBC Import |
ServiceNow provides a number of interfaces to be able to directly integrate with the platform. These interfaces are considered part of the platform and are provided at no additional charge.
- Interface
- JDBC
- JSON
- LDAP
- SOAP
- REST
- SSO - SAML 1.1
- SSO - SAML 2.0
- OpenID
- Digest Authentication
- ODBC
- Data Export
- CTI

Hi Gourav,
Thanks for valuable infor.
However while checking found that with help of ODBC drivers, we are trying to get access of SNOW Database.
In my case the requirement is to connect with any other databases like Oracle, Mysql, MSSQL and perform automation from servicenow.
Thanks
Rajan
