ServiceNow integration with Snow software

Hi,

I'm currently working on integrating with Snow Software. I'm encountering difficulties with the guided setup for Snow, which consists of two parts:

  1. Snow for ServiceNow Catalog Integration Setup
  2. Snow for ServiceNow CMDB Integration Setup

I require comprehensive steps for completing the integration of Snow with our instance. If anyone has documentation or YouTube links related to this, your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Thanks.

Thank you for your guidance.

Hi ServiceNow community,

As per the SNOW documentation and guided setup for ServiceNow catalog integration, I have created a user account, added roles, activated the scheduled data imports, and added the indexes. I have also completed the SNOW setup in the SNOW tool by providing the instance URL and username/password. However, I am struggling with the task of testing functionality, specifically in the "Running the connectors manually" section of the Snow for ServiceNow user guide. I am not receiving the records in the SNOW import set, nor am I getting the upcoming tasks.

Can anyone help me with this issue?

Thanks.

Did you get an answer on this?

Hi adamhowell,

No. There is one related documentation that is available in guided setup itself.
