Hi,

I need some information about Servicenow integrations with below tools/applications:-

1. ARIS

2. MF TFS

3. Archer

4. CA Spectrum

5. CA Unicentral

6. CA Gaurdin

7. CA UIM

8. Elastic

9. Alcatel Call Center

Query:-

1. If anyone has worked on such integrations, kindly revert.

2. Let me know the method to integrate these tools with servicenow.

3. If Servicenow already has a plugin to integrate these tools, please let me know.

Hi Pankaj - Have you implemened IVR integration with ServiceNow. I can see you mentioned Alcatel Call Center. Please share if you have detailed approach for this.
