ServiceNow ITOM Discovery and Service Graph Connectors for SCCM, Jamf, and Intune.

We are considering getting the ITOM discovery to leverage the Service Graph Connectors to sync data from SCCM, Intune, and Jamf.  If you have done this before, would you mind sharing your experience on the integration and you felt it was worth it.  Thank you so much in advance.

Hi Uyen,

The SCCM SGC is available outside of an ITOM subscription. I've not personally used it but have spoken with those who have frustrations with the lack of flexibility compared to the older SCCM plugin.

For Intune, I personally think the cost of the SGC subscription unit model outweighs the benefits of the Intune connector.  I recently wrote an article on writing your own Integrate with Microsoft Intune - Introduction - Developer Community - Article - ServiceNow Communit...

The Jamf connector is a little more powerful compared to Intune offering. You just need to evaluate if there is a value there compared to a subscription unit cost 🙂
