Servicenow ITSM Certification

Hi Experts,

I am new in servicenow and exploring the opportunity to learn servicenow ITSM including certification on same.

As per my analysis i need below three certifications for ITSM in sequence.

1. Servicenow Admin

2. Servicenow ITSM fundamental.

3. Servicenow ITSM Implementation

Is my understanding right else could anyone please guide me the certification path including fees for same.

Hi there,

The ones you mentioned are not certifications, though those are courses. The Certified Implementation Specialist IT Service Management is just one certification (though it would be advisable to do the Certified System Administrator first).

Depending on you experiance/level, you could take the ServiceNow ITSM fundamentals class. It's not a pre-requisite. What is a requisite, is the ITSM implementation class. This one also gives you a voucher for the exam. With the voucher you can book the exam. No voucher = no exam.

Hi,

I am CSA certified and my plan is to become a Certified Implementation Specialist.
The first step is to start the ServiceNow ITSM fundamentals course "on demand" format.
The second step is to continue with ServiceNow ITSM implementation which is requisite. The problem is that ServiceNow ITSM implementation course is only available in live class format and not demand. Do you have any ideea when it will be available in "on demand" format ?
