Servicenow sidebar integration with MS Teams setup error: unable to pull up oauth_2_0_credentials

Servicenow sidebar integration with Teams is throwing an error during initial setup. The customer has provided Application (client) ID, Directory (tenant) ID, App ID, Client Secret, Callback URL, and Redirect URL. The error message displayed is: "We’re unable to pull up the oauth_2_0_credentials record."

Thanks Tanushree,

I reached out to ServiceNow support and two pieces was missing from the setup. Response from ServiceNow Tech support.

"Could you please verify the following record exists in the OAuth 2.0 Credentials (oauth_2_0_credentials) table and that the Name field is exactly:  "Sidebar - Teams Credentials" if not please change it
If the record already exists with the correct name, please confirm if Figure 2.9 from below guide have exact match between Azure, dev app without any space/typo
