Servicenow to salesforce integration

Hi,

 I am trying to integrate ServiceNow with salesforce using REST API. I have configured everything connected app, OAuth profile, Entity scope, REST Message but i am unable to get token getting below error.

Please look into it and suggest ASAP.

can you please change the value in "Default Grant type" to "Client credentials" and try again?

i have changed the value of Default grant type to "Client credentials" now i am getting below error.
