Actually when we attached an active problem record and we are not able to search and attach the relevant problem record from numerous active problem records. It includes lot of manual efforts and impact the AHT (Average Handling

Looks bad, you just copy pasted your work for community. What is your thought on this? Where you stuck? what you build in this?
Please provide more details along with your understanding on this question. and it is OOTB way, if you check the problem contextual search.
