Today a user reported ServiceNow keep drop him off, just stating "Your session has expired, please log in again" (or similar), I found that this is a known issue.
Do you know guys if this was fixed? or is there another workaround for that?

Hello kapnk,
The way it was solved was using this method: Keep being redirected to login --- session has expired
As the users in that discussions stated that cleaning up the browser may or may not work, in my case it worked, at least that is what I think since the user never ask us for support again.

The System Property that you need to change for Higher Session Duration is glide.ui.session_timeout.

Hello Subhajit,
Thanks for the response but that property is currently set to 20 minutes, and the user reported of being kicked off every 2 to 10 minutes, I don't think that's the issue.

Hello,
I checked our instance status and it is in Patch 3, I think that should be fixed by now. Might be related to the browser?
