set basic/default fields for Conflict Detection - set for all users?

Does anyone know if there is a way to set some standard fields for all users that are submitting changes? specifically - the conflict detection - we would like to set the columns to some defaults, but it looks like they're all available to be personalized. is there a way to set this globally, then lock it down?

Hi @cameron8 

This is something critical and requires changes. You need to check for conflicting scripts and other code, which may not be easily accessible. So, it’s better to keep things as they are and educate the users instead.

I'm not interested in changing the way the conflict detection works - just the default fields/columns that show WHEN the conflict detection is run. please see screenshot.

I don’t think we can make it default, as this piece is not directly accessible. It’s better to log a Now Support case, and they can guide you further.
