Set Change Request Impact variable from the Risk Assessment

Can I populate the Change Request 'Impact' variable based on answers from the Risk Assessment

or 
do I use the Risk Conditions 

 

I have tried Risk Condition and the following hasnt worked

The Service selected is set to 1 - most critical

Even tried keying off another variable
