Set due date as last date of month 23:00 according caller timezone

Hi Team,

We have 3 field

Caller - referring to the user table

due date-date time field

hire date - date field 

We have to set the last day of the month and the time should be 23:00 on the due date field of the hire date and it should be according caller's time zone.

For example -

caller - alex (America/new_york)

hire date - 05/02/2024

due date - 29/02/2024 23:00:00 (last day of hire month) it should be according to caller time zone(America/new_york)

Please help me with the script here.
