Unable to see the records from the ServiceNow links shared through teams.

Whenever we open any ServiceNow link from team's chat using EDGE browser, we are unable to see the records there and showing as empty. But if we go to the filter conditions and click on RUN then we can be able to see the records.

Hi @Pavan S ,
Couple of questions for you to help you here:
1. Can you cross check the filters which gets set through an URL coming from teams , whether that contains any space or not bit in front and at the last? There might be a possibility that through your redirection script you might be forcing that without checking for spaces.
2. Can you share the URL which you click from teams here for reference to see if the URL formation is correct or not
