Set Field color based on condition

Can Someone suggest me the way to achieve the following

SHow the field background of summary on Form level + list View to say Orange If some of the condtion match

sumary contains ABC

Priority = 1

Contact type = Event

 

Field Style is one way but i am not able to put that in proper format

Try like this in field style

 

short_descriptionLIKEEmail^category=inquiry^priority=1

 

Style is the only option.
