Hello,
Is there a way to preset the Variable Editor formatted as a tab in the Requested Item form?
So instead of showing the variables directly in the form, it should be just a tab, let's say after Catalog Tasks, Approves, Group Approvals, Variables.
Thanks in advantage,
Bogdan

Bogdan,
The tabs that you referenced are all Related Lists - this means they are entries on another table that somehow relate to the table you're viewing from (sc_req_item in this case). The Variables is a variable on the sc_req_item instead of a separate table that's related. If you'd like to put Variables in a tab similar to Incident's "Relate Records," you can go to configure the form layout (by going to a requested item and navigating to Context Menu > Configure > Form Layout), remove the variable called "variables" from the "Requested Item" section and instead add it to a new section that you'd have to create.
Hope this helps, but let me know if I'm misunderstanding your question!

Thanks Andy,
I already tried to create a new form section and it's working just fine but the new tab is not located next to the ones I mention.
I guess there is no way to have the Variables inline with the related lists tabs.
Thanks,
Bogdan
