Sharing password to end user.

Hello Team,

I am stuck on implementation of one requirement.

Requirement is to we are creating the new user in AD/password reset of existing user and setting the random password(User creation is done by external tool and which is integrated with snow) , so external tool pick one task from SR and then pick some of the detail from SR and then create the user in AD and set the password.

Now issue is how to share this random generated password to Requested for since due to some security policy password shouldn't visible in the task as a work notes.

Please suggest what could be the best approach in this scenario and how to implement to avoid any security breach as well,

Thanks,

Manish

Hello Pratiksha,

Let me mention one more thing that, its not related with Service now login password that i have to share.

Let say on based of SR I have to create user in AD and this AD is not related with snow in this case how to share the password external tool can update the task work note with password but don't want to  visible in work note due to corporate security.

Thanks,
