Show a message when selecting planned start date of a change

Hello All

I need to get a message to appear when users want to create a change which is less than 7 days in time. 

So the idea is, when the user select a planned start date that is <7 days, a message would appear in the SOW Change form stating that '' contact the Change Coordinator ''

What would be the best way to achieve that? I think Hint and label are not fine, as I cannot make dependent on the date field. Any idea?
