Show Assigned to field on Service Portal.

Hello Team,

 

I have a requirement.


The assigned to field should be added to the service portal view of all open tickets, and if this field is empty, it should be listed as 'Unassigned'

Can anyone suggest how to achieve this requirement?

Hi @AparnaUttaG 

 

Assigned to is a reference field and if there is no value in backend means., Assigned to is empty it will show blank on portal as well. You can educate the users about this, instead of doing more coding or customization.
