Show incidents to users selected in variable.

We have hidden incidents from all users and made only visible to "Desktop support" group  members.

Now , We have requirement to make incidents visible to the user selected in "Requested For" variable on record producer.

Hi @Community Alums ,

 

You can add that user in the "Desktop support" group so that user can access the incident.

 

What is the use of record producer here?

I responded this

incident can be submitted from native and from record producer.

What's your actual business requirement?

I doubt if this is a valid business requirement.

What point it makes to show incidents to those for whom it's raised? then who will work on those incidents if agents can't see those?

Actually incidents are hidden from everyone which belongs to some category.
Now we need to make it visible to user who is selected in "Requested for" variable while submitting the request for record producer
