Show underline on the Short description of Catalog Item in Service Portal

Hello,

I have a requirement where I need to underline a part of a short description of the catalog item on the Service Portal. Is it possible? If it is so, how can I do that?

What is use case of this. Also it is not easy of the Short description always get change.

Why not use description field instead? You can use rich text editor on description field to underline It
