Since Australia users without a fulfiller role are not being redirected to the service portal

Since Helsinki, we modified the "SPEntryPage" script include to redirect non-fulfillers to the portal (/sp) upon login. Fulfillers are directed to the platform. This worked well until we upgraded to Australia. In speaking to SN support they identified the issue is that our custom script include is not supported in Australia. We therefore had to update our custom script include to work in Australia in order get users routed to the portal.
OOTB by default users without a fulfiller role are redirected/dropped off at ../now/nav/ui/home
My question: How does other organization handle this:
1. Do use the OOTB function?
and if yes, how has the user experience been using the OOTB this approach?
2. Do you customize the "SPEntryPage" script include like we did?
The reason for my question is that I am trying to determine if we should rollback to the OOTB "SPEntryPage" script so as to prevent this from happening in the future.
Thanks
Garfield

Hi @GChanner ,
It's all handled via "SPEntryPage" Script Include itself .
Since you are facing this issue post upgrade, do check if something has changed in the SI or not, for you help am sharing the code for SPEntryPage SI in Australia release for such that you can compare:
/**
*
* Service Portal sample script include to indicate
* 1. which login page should be used
* 2. the starting page after the user is authenticated
*
* Script is configured using system properties
* PROPERTY VALUE
* glide.entry.page.script new SPEntryPage().getLoginURL();
* glide.entry.first.page.script new SPEntryPage().getFirstPageURL();
*
* functions can return a path or null if no overrides are necessary
*
**/
var SPEntryPage = Class.create();
SPEntryPage.prototype = {
initialize: function() {
this.logVariables = false; // for debugging
this.portal = this.getDefaultPortal(); // The URL suffix for default portal
},

*
* Fetch the default portal suffix
*
**/

var gr = new GlideRecord("sp_portal");
gr.addQuery("default", true);
gr.query();
if (gr.next())

},

Hi Sandeep,
Thanks for the response.
1. Do you know if organizations use the OOTB function?
and if yes, how has the user experience been using the OOTB this approach?
2. Do you customize the "SPEntryPage" script include like we did?
