Single score widgets are not updating in real-time

I've been playing around with the home pages and dashboards in Helsinki and am trying to get the Single Score widgets to update in real-time, but it's not working.   I have them all set up to update as you can see in the screen shot below.   I try closing tickets that match the reports I am using for the widgets, but they will not update without me having to refresh them.   I made sure the users I am using have the write role for this home page.   Any ideas as to what I may be missing?

Real time score is available for use with widgets created from regular reports. Would your widget be querying a view by any chance? We have several real-time single-score widgets querying views that are not doing the real-time update. We are awaiting confirmation from ServiceNow against the theory that real time update does not occur when querying from a database view table or dot-walking fields

We've come across a curious case on Single Scores, I'm wondering whether anyone else has seen something similar or might have some helpful tips?


We have single scores that go into minus, when the real-time functionality is turned on.

I have checked Show real-time updates on single score widgets that use the Count aggregation, but still report(Active Incident) data is not updating.
