SLA 75% milestone notification not triggering

Hi Team,
I am creating Incident SLA were attaching whenever SLA reaches 50%,75%,90% milestone notification want to trigger respective groups. We set the workflow notification. Right now my issue is SLA reaches 50% notification will triggering but 75% it will not triggering. Why? Please suggest me it's a critical issue

Please verify that the 75% activity is actually being reached. You can do this by grabbing an SLA you're certain breached 75%, then doing a "show workflow". If no blue line connects to the 75% activity, then its not correctly connected in the workflow.
Second, take a screenshot of the activity, otherwise we have bug-fat to work with.

Hi Pandu,
Just pasted the workflow 75% completed activity, i mean 25%of sla duration event activity. what it contains.
Check the notification preferences in profiles it is on or not or
check the email id or whom the notification sent properly or not

Pandu, that's a screenshot of the workflow itself. We need one for a workflow instance. Take your failed test case SLA record and click the "Show Workflow" button at the bottom of its form.
