SLA 75% milestone notification not triggering

Hi Team,

I am creating Incident SLA were attaching whenever SLA reaches 50%,75%,90% milestone notification want to trigger respective groups. We set the workflow notification. Right now my issue is SLA reaches 50% notification will triggering but 75% it will not triggering. Why? Please suggest me it's a critical issue

In our Bottom of the page related links Show schedule and Show SLA time line options only will be there because Work flow field already is there in SLA know Please check my SLA you visible Workflow field

Ok Jacob I understand your scenario but already 50% it will triggering 75% only it will not triggering and one thing I want to told that only 1 Incident only it will not triggering SLA reaches 75%

Gotta think of the workflow as one continuous 100%.   If you tell an activity to wait 25%, then you have 50% of your time remaining until you reach 75%.   So in you're case you're saying "wait 50%", then "wait an additional 75%"... that totals to 125%.

Take a look at OOB Task SLA workflow for an example.
