Implement a Notification based on the following requirements: •  Name: Software License Contract Created •  Table: Contract [ast_contract] •  Category: Contract Management •  Inserted: selected •  Send the Notification only if the Contract model is Software License •  Specify the Software group to receive the Notification •  Begin the Subject line with 'New Software License Contract: ' and include both the Number and Contract number in the subject •  Write your own Message HTML
2.	Preview the Notification to see how it would appear to the user.
3.	Create a new software license contract to test your Notification. You can verify your Notification was sent correctly using System Mailboxes > Outbound > Outbox. Fred Luddy is in the Software group.

Hi Asif,

As i completed each and every activity in the simulator , and have completed the simulator score after completing the course 15 also, so when i will get badge.

Simulator result is passed , but unable to get the badge.

After recieving the badge only , we can apply for certification exam right/

Can you please help.

Hi,

If you are planning for SN admin certification, then you need to get a voucher which you get once you complete the course. 

Once the course is completed, go to https://nowlearning.service-now.com/ and under my courses, you see My Vouchers tab where you will get your voucher.

Hi Asif,

After completed the training i got the voucher in my voucher tab, but when we are registering for CSA exam , will option for entering that voucher will come, as through this voucher we can give the certification exam without any charges.

Other question i am having if somebody is taking online proctored exam and they are not having external web cam..then how it is possible to give this exam..as offline centres are not located to my near by loaction.

Have you given the exam or we need to contact Kryterion support to allow the exam with the internal web cam of our system only.

Please help me , your help will really be appreciated.

Hello Bhumika,

The voucher field will be available when you are registering for the exam in which you need to input your voucher only then you can apply for the exam. Once the voucher is applied, then your charges will become 0. 

As far as i know external webcam is mandatory if you are giving exam from your home/office instead of test centers. However, you can contact the support and check with them.
