Some of our PUBLISHED KB Articles are not searchable in Employee Center portal. We tried the KB#, Short Description, keywords they still don't appear even though it's published and can be read by anyone.
We tried index all table etc and still didn't work. Does anyone have an idea how to fix this?

@Byron Plant - Have you checked if your "Search Sources" (table name "sp_search_source") for that ESC Portal is configured and have correct filter applied on KB Table?
If not then check that.
Also, OOTB KB Search Source has some scripting logic.
Check that. May be your KB articles don't meet the search criteria??

See snip below.
