Some users can see Responses button, some cannot

We are having an issue where some users can see the Response button when viewing a request, and some cannot. Our points of contact cannot seem to identify the issue. I need to apply the permission to view the Response button to everyone in a specific assignment group, but it has not been solved yet.

 

Does anyone have any idea how to get this done so I can advise our in-house team on how to apply to either everyone in a specific assignment group OR everyone who has fulfiller access to that table space? It's driving us crazy that some can see and some cannot, especially since we have several templates built but people cannot see the button to access them. I've attached a screenshot of what I need everyone to be able to see.

@kbukg Is it for any task table. if yes then please check if the user is having "sn_templated_snip.template_snippet_reader" role. only people with these role will be able to see the Responses button.

Please refer to my reply above where I specifically called out the condition value being the culprit.

You ask was to point you in the right direction so you could relay to the relevant team (which they should have been able to figure this out since it's pretty basic stuff) and see if that will help get it resolved.
