Some workflow activities running twice

Hello,

 

I am working on existing workflow where I found that most of the activities are running twice in sub prod instance. Everything is fine in prod instance. I also imported xml from prod to avoid any issues; but it didn't help.

Hi, unfortunately a partial screenshot of unidentified records does not make your issue clear or help with diagnostics.

I would suspect there are 2 workflows running, or that 1 workflow is running twice.
What are the results of your investigations?
What do you see in Workflow > Live Workflows > All Contexts?
and Workflow > Administration > Workflow versions?
