I have check the ACL, also assigned the snc_internal role but nothing seems working.
What should be my next step.

Hi,
There is lot of reasons for this issue:
Maybe the script running ,User don't have read(or) write access for catalog item...check acl's on catalog table, mandatory variables on catalog items.

As said , I have already checked the ACL and UI Policy and Client Script.
