Source field on Field map entry not showing up and unable to select from dropdown

I have a transform map to edit. The data source is defined and CSV file is used as a data source. The new file contains some additional columns which are not present in the previous data source file. When I loaded this new file and run transform, the source field is not showing up on field maps. This field contains dropdown values(Please refer below image for more info)

I clicked on auto map matching fields

Even if i want to create new field map entry in this transform map the source field doesn't show up.

I tried to import xml record from another instance but its still not working.

Have you tried different browser?

What happens if you try add field mapping to a different transform map? You also do not see the field?

On other transform maps i do get an option to add or modify the source field. I think the issue is on the import set table, somehow looks like this source field (column on the import table) got corrupted? How to revert back to the earlier version? 

I was trying to modify the transform map so i loaded a new file to this data source (import table) which was having few new values (columns) and after that this issue occurred.

Have you tried checking in the Mapping assist, a Related links in Transform Map form. In Mapping Assist ideally you should see all the source fields.

No fields are showing up now on mapping assist as well, wherein all fields are present on import set table
