HI everybody,
I wondering if anybody has a SOW for ITSA implementation to share with me.
We ´re starting our first project implementation so I need one document template or guide to help us.
Thanks in advance,
Omar Ortíz

Is this for your own implementation, or for use with BITS customers? Isn't BITS already a ServiceNow partner?

Is for use with a new customer and yes, BITS is already a ServiceNow Partner.
We have a lot of experience with bmc but we ´re new with ServiceNow, so any help is welcome.
Thanks,
Omar O.

While I can't share with you my template, I can maybe give you some tips:
- Make sure you clearly summarize the project in a paragraph or two before you get into the details.
- Be as clear as possible with your scope.
- When outlining the scope of individual tasks, make sure you clearly express exactly what you will be implementing. Don't beat them over the head with jargon, but be as descriptive as you can be.
- Do not leave your SOW tasks open for interpretation, ambiguity and confusion. ex: "We will implement X workflows", "We will design X notifications", etc.
- Cap the work effort with clearly defined deliverables so your customers know exactly what they will be getting from your services.
- Are you handling a requirements session before or after the SOW is created? If before, attach your requirements to the SOW for an even clearer description of what you'll be implementing. If after, be careful with capping the work effort but still give yourself room for things you can't quantify necessarily. Remember, this is contract.
This is an interesting template: Statement of Work Template
